    Hi there!
Grid One is the Theme and I would like to increase the default font from 14 pt. to 16 pt. Therefore when I go to Personalization, Fonts, Main Text, I drag the visual slide to 16 pt. and I’m able to see real time increase of the font. It happens I can’t see any Apply button or Done link and I don’t know how to apply changes to font size.
    Any help?

    Hi Alessandro,

Thanks for contacting BoldGrid, we’re happy to help! After changing the slider to the new font size, you will need to click the blue Publish button at the top of the Customizer, like shown here:

    Save Customizer Changes in WordPress

If after Publishing and closing the Customizer the font size is still incorrect, please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

Maybe I’m blind, maybe I’m getting too old but it happens I don’t have any “Publish” button on Theme Customizer. Here a Screenshot after the increasing font to something else than the default. Please help.

    Hi Alessandro!

The missing Publish button after changing the font settings is definitely a strange error and it could be related to an out of date plugin or theme installed on your website.

Looking at your website’s source code, it appears that you are using version 1.20 of our Grid One theme. The latest version of that them is 1.25.8 and it is possible that updating to the newest version could fix whatever compatibility problem is preventing that button from displaying as expected.

I hope that updating the theme restores the Publish button in your Customizer and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!

I had a live chat with Inmotionhosting.com (a partner of yours) support staff about how to upgrade the Grid One plugin. It happens WordPress Control Panels doesn’t show me any Theme upgrade available. Either the Boldgrid key and the Theme were installed via Inmotionhosting cpanel therefore I though they were able to help me in the manual upgrade process.
Here what the support staff wrote:
“You would need to advise them (Boldgrid support staff) of this so they can get you to the right place. If a theme needs an upgrade it would show there. If there saying there should be an upgrade you would need to let them know. May be other steps that need to be taken to upgrade a theme”.
I’m really sorry to bother you again, but I’m stuck!

    Hi Alessandro-

In order to “see” the theme updates for Grid One that are available, the BoldGrid Inspirations plugin has to be installed and active.

Alternatively, you can download the latest version of Grid One directly from this link, and install it by navigating to Appearance > Themes > Add New.

Dear Jesse Owens, you made my day! Plugin installed, Theme updated and now I’m not blind anymore and I can see the “Publish” button. Thank you very much!
    Problem fixed!
