This is a follow-up from #99014. Over 8 hours later and my Cloud WP sites are still not working. I’m not going to put my staging URLs in a public forum so please respond to my “Premium” Support ticket #22711 that I sent in over 6 hours ago. We’ve now lost 2 crucial days of work. I was given the impression that Boldgrid’s cloud servers are a trustworthy place for development.

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately our Cloud WP platform is still experiencing issues at this time.
We are very sorry about the downtime and our team is continuing to work hard on getting the system back up.
Thank you for your patience and we do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
July 28, 2023 at 2:25 pm #99136MichaelUGuestWhy are my forum posts being answered before my supposedly “Premium” support tickets? This is not a mere inconvenience, Boldgrid is costing me a considerable amount of billable hours. You need to change your ad copy that makes your Cloud WordPress sound like a reliable place for development.

Thank you for reaching out! I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience here. However I did want to let you know that our team was able to resolve the issue that was preventing users from accessing their Cloud WP sites.
You should be able to try again now and access your Cloud WP sites normally.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding while we got this fixed.
