Hi, I was able to access the website until 3 hours ago and didn’t make any changes but now I have this error “SERVICE UNAVAILABLE The Cloud WordPress you’re requesting is currently unavailable. Your site may be in maintenance mode. Please try again in a few minutes. You can login to BoldGrid Central to create or manage any Cloud WordPress accounts.” It’s been more than a few minutes and I do hope there should be a prompt reply from your side.

July 27, 2023 at 1:28 pm #98991MichaelUGuestDoes anyone have any information about when the cloud will be back up? We were going to copy our cloud site down to production this week, but now we’ve lost over a day and support is being vague about the situation.

I think most issues with cloud WordPress should be resolved. If anything please check your demo site periodically as are developers are working to get everything back up and running properly.
For any other issues can you all please start a new forum topic and include the URL of the site you’re having trouble with?
Thank you!
