Hi,
I have a wordpress website that is newly created, and only have buddyboss installed. After installing Total Upkeep, I have notices that admin dashboard and plugins pages load really slow most of the time.
I checked query and api calls with query monitor, and I found the following calls on dashboard :it takes 4 seconds for some bold grid api calls. Is that normal?
Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out and thanks for using Total Upkeep Backups and Migrations plugin for WordPress! It’s possible that Total Upkeep is taxing on your server resources with your current configuration. It may require contacting your web host and having them to increase your limits, especially if you’re attempting to back up or transfer a larger site.
Could you include the URL to your website in your reply? We would like to take a look at your website structure, that will allow us to better determine the cause of your performance issue.
I hope this helps! We look forward to taking a deeper look into this with you.

The slowness happens even without trying to back up or restore.
I attached the link of my dev website.
I can provide a temporary access to admin panel if you need. Let me know how to send privately please.Thanks.

February 17, 2022 at 7:23 am #47649Brandon CKeymasterHi Petrus,
Most of the time these issues boil down to allotted server resources and overall website configuration. It could require, updating your current theme or WordPress itself, addressing problematic or conflicting plugins, or even contacting DreamHost to have them increase your limits.
Honestly, each case could require a different solution. If you start your own support thread and include the URL to the website you’re working with we can take a look for you and offer our suggestions.
Hope to hear from you soon!
