I have not accessed the dashboard for some time. I updated the themes and then found that I could not access my web page, the link seems to be in a continuous loop which times out without obtaining a connection to the site. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the problem with accessing your WordPress dashboard. I would recommend that you turn off any plugins, remove caching and reset your .htaccess file to get access to your WordPress installation. We would need more information and access in order to troubleshoot the issue. You may need to speak with your host’s tech support for help in troubleshooting your WordPress site.
