Hello!
For some reason, my site in not showing up when I go into customize my site with boldgrid on my wordpress? This has not happened before?

Thank you for your question about using the BoldGrid Customizer. What web browser are you using? Does this issue happen in different web browsing programs, or just one? Have you made any changes or updates to your website recently? Do you have any 3rd party WordPress plugins?

I use google chrome. It also happened on my web designers computer. So I am pretty sure it’s not because of my web browser. I do have some 3rd party plugins. For posting links to Amazon products and Ebay products. EasyAzon plugin and a Easy bay pro. Is there anything I can do to solve this?

Hello Brenda, If it is happening from more than one computer, it is likely a server side issue. You will want to have the designer enable the error reporting on WordPress to see the specific error. I am guessing this is a memory issue, though the error reporting should tell you exactly.
The Customizer can sometimes demand more memory, so you will want to first try and increase the allowed php memory in the php.ini file for the account. Your designer should have no problem changing the setting for you.
