Social Image, Content Word Count are not Updating

I have a couple of issues. First, when I post a link to a page to social media, no image ever gets picked up. Only a textual SEO summary appears. How do I get images to get picked up in these links?

Secondly, when I make a blog post, the Easy SEO plugin never detects any content. The content item and the others related to content always have a red dot. I have tried putting content in the BoldGrid blocks and also outside of them, and all my pages have lots of textual content. But this never seems to get detected!!
