Hello,
I use Boldgrid for our website and I am having issues adding an image. I click on add media and can’t even see the media files I have already uploaded and I am getting an error when trying to upload a new image. I can only add text to my sponsors page and need to add a logo which has been failing. I have been trying for days as it says try again later, but have had no luck.

.htaccessconfiguration issue, or possibly a mod security.I recommend reaching out to your server administrator or hosting provider to check:

- Your PHP memory limits
- Any restrictions in your
.htaccessfile - Errors in the logs or possibly Mod Security.
