Text widget no working correctly

I’m adding text widgets to my footer. It will only work sometimes. I successfully added a couple and then I’ll add another but it won’t allow you to enter text into the fields (cursor doesn’t even show). I delete and try again and sometimes it works but mostly it isn’t cooperating.
