    Hey team,

I enabled W3 Total Cache three months ago, and since then, I haven’t been receiving updated information in my Klaviyo integration.

Could you please help me find the best way to get this integration working without removing W3 Total Cache from my WordPress site?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Claudio,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
I am unfamiliar with the Klaviyo integration so I cannot give specific instructions for the W3 Total Cache setup in this case, especially because of the lack of documentation related to the interaction with the caching plugins.
Can you please specify if this integration is on any specific page and please share the website URL and the URL of the page you are referring to so I can check and inspect the source
    Thanks!

I have the same issue, is there any update on this? Was there any solution?

    Hello Jackie,

I will reply to this topic and close the other one so we can avoid duplicating the answers.
I am not familiar with Klaviyo and as I mentioned before, they do not have sufficient documentation that I can check and provide assistance as I am unsure how it works and what is the actual problem
Have you by any chance tried reaching out to their support, and check what are the recommendations with the optimization plugins?
    Thanks!
