Dear Sir or Madam,
the total cache imga service is processing and processing and processing … since about 20 hours. I’ve made screenshots but I can’t sent them to you.
And also: If I want to use “premium support” in the wordpress plugin menu – it just shows a total empty page.
Can you please solve this prpblem or tell me, how to solve it?

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Just a quick note, there is no Premium support menu in the W3TC options, there are additional Premium support options which are “Do it for me” solutions.
As for the issue you are experiencing, the continued processing and the fact that the Support page is empty is suggesting that some other plugin or server configuration is restricting API calls that the W3TC is using to fetch the Support form and to cover the images to webp.
Can you please check if you have any kind of security plugin or some custom .htaccess rules that may be interfering with the calls W3TC is trying to make?

None of the plugins listed suggest any conflict with the W3TC, however, the only way to test this for sure is to disable them one by one and see if any of them may be causing the problem.
Can you please try to convert a single image in the Media library, check the Network tab and see if there are any 404 ajax calls?

I can’t convert images, because the TC-Image Service does not work as it should. It is just saying “processing…” and that’s all.
Because I can’t convert files, I’ve uploaded one. The TCIC should then convert it automatically, but it is only “processing”.
The Image in the library is okay, but not converted. All images are still okay – but not converted.
Here is a screenshot I’ve uploaded. Everything works fine, but the Image-Sevice does not
…Every new image I’m uploding is added to “Counts and filesizes by status:” and also to “Processing” (on the TCIC-Page, screenshot 2)

Can you please disable the Image service in the Performance>Extensions, save all settings and purge the cache?
Once this is done, check your website. Re-enable the extension, and without converting all images at once, go to the Media library and try to cover the single image while checking the network tab if any of the ajax requests are throwing 404.Thanks!

this was the first idea I had. But nothing changes. The picture I have made lokk the same, no matter what I am doing. It is always “processing”. Nothing changes, really nothing.
If I upload an image, while the plugin is disabled then – after re-enabling the plugin – the option to convert this image is shown and if I do so, it is just put to the long list of other pictures, to “processing”, waiting for being converted.
I can’t stop this “processing”. It is like he has hung up and working like sysiphus.
I have tested all plugins, that I can disable, but no other plugin seems to influence this process – or it is not to be seen.
This process is continuosly running in the background no matter whether I disable the TCIC or not, I think. I have tested this by installing another plugin that is doing the same job, but it couldn’t work. So I think that TCIC is running, no matter whether it is diabled or not.
But I am just a user, so maybe I am wrong.Hello Christina,
Just to confirm, the “processing” is still there whether the W3TC Image service is enabled or not?
