Hi,
I’ve just paid and installed Total Upkeep Premium in my WordPress, and I was trying to configure it when, in the Functionality test, it failed and an error appeared saying:
“Total Upkeep is not compatible with your hosting account.”
Following this, there’s a link saying “Making your web hosting account compatible with Total Upkeep”, but it just brings me to the general support page about what it is the Pre-Flight Check, it doesn’t says anything about the incompatibility with the hosting account.¿What can I do to solve this problem?
Thanks

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for purchasing Total Upkeep Premium! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the functionality test but don’t panic.
It looks like your site is failing the Preflight check which is a tool used to test the site to see if it can perform a backup with no issues. You can review the Preflight check results if you visit your WordPress dashboard Total Upkeep > Preflight Check. If the functionality test results in a failure scroll down the page a bit and it will highlight exactly what is causing the preflight check to fail.
If you can copy the fail messages from that list into the forum here we can review the errors and give you our best suggestions on how to resolve them. Often times it requires something like changing your backup compressor type or editing settings in your hosting accounts cPanel Multi PHP INI Editor.
I also recommend attempting to run a backup just to see if this might be a false alarm. Even if the backup fails it will likely produce a backup archive log that we can further inspect for error messages. To locate the backup log navigate to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and look for your most recent log with a name like
archive-XXXXXXXX.log
. You can copy that and paste it here as well, we’ll be able to get some more information about what went wrong. Thanks Alicia, we’re looking forward to assisting you further with this!
January 12, 2024 at 8:35 am #122571AliciaGuestI didn’t figure out how to attach here the captures of the report, so I did it in another private message from premium support, were I was able to do it. They’ve already told me that I have to contact my hosting provider, as I don’t see any option similar to Multi PHP INI Editor in cPanel.
Thank you anyway for your help, I’ll let you know if there’s any other problem.

No problem at all. We did receive your premium ticket and for future reference you can refer to this guide for help with sending screenshots to the forum.
Your web host should be able to point you in the right direction if the Multi PHP INI Editor is available in cPanel or something similar. Please let us know if you have any other question for us, we’ll be right here to help!
