Hello,
I am trying to migrate my WP site to a new host using the Total Upkeep plugin. First, I did change the DNS right away because I was prompted with the new host. I’m wondering if that is my issue. Anyway, I have two backups that I have been trying to upload and restore to the new host. One was before I changed the DNS and one was after. When I upload them from my computer it says it is successful but under details, there is nothing showing under the Files & Folders tab nor the Database tab, so clicking restore does not work and I get the error: Total Upkeep – Restoration failed
Incompatible Archive.: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
I have tried copying the download link and using that both on the Transfer tab as well as when clicking on Upload Backup. Both instances result in this error: Could not retrieve the remote file. It may not be a ZIP file, or the link is no longer valid. I found one forum question with this error and a video was shown to check the logs for the transfer-archive log but I am not seeing that listed under mine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So just to confirm you have already created a Total Upkeep backup at the destination site and you wish to import this backup into a new instance of WordPress at a new web host?
If that’s the case, what we’ll want to do first is:
1.) Make sure the backup we are working with was created successfully on the original server. Where the backup was made, go to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs. Find the log for the backup in question and make sure it ends with
[2020-**-** **:**:** UTC] Backup complete!
2.)The 2nd thing we want to check is that the entire backup was uploaded to the new server. If the backup is 200MB on the original server, make sure it is exactly 200MB on the new server.
We look forward to hearing back from you Leah!
