We converted our site to your builder and one of your themes… We have run into issues using our GeoDirectory … Our website helper send us the following… Is this fixable?
I believe I’ve indentified the problem. Locations is what is called a Custom Post Type which is a common content element in WordPress websites.
However, the Post and Page Builder isn’t recognizing this Custom Post Type (nor likely any other Custom Post Type set up on the site).
The solution should be to access the settings for Post and Page Builder and check off the Custom Post Types that you want it to have access to. There should be an option under Settings in the left column called Page Builder. However, when I look under Settings, there is no option for Page Builder.
So, it looks like for this issue, you are going to have to open up a ticket with the plug-in author, BoldGrid, and have them look into this.
Until we have access to the Post and Page Builder settings, I don’t think there is a way to fix this.

Sorry for the issue with the GeoDirectory plugin and compatibility issues with BoldGrid for your site. As this a third party plugin and not a native function of WordPress, then there will be a need to have the issue reviewed by the developers. I will send the issue to them and ask if the problem can be addressed.
