GuestHi,
My above staging site has been blocked.
I’ll be honest, about a few key points:
– I caused the issue, by using a file editor to modify the htaccess file. The purpose was because one of the plugins I use on the website got stuck in a loading loop because of low memory. The Plugin name is Premium Addons for elementor. I wanted to increase the memory limit to 300. I admit that this is my mistake. I don’t know what configuration errors that might have caused.
– I used a temporal email to create the above staging environment, only because I couldn’t use my email again, since it had already been registered. Please I really do need your help with this. I hadn’t backed up the website yet, so I will have to redo the entire thing from scratch.
Please please please. All I need is to be able to access the site, and showcase what I’ve spent months working on, to the client. Thanks in advance

KeymasterHi Jose,
Thanks for contacting BoldGrid Support. I’m sorry to hear about this issue with your staging environment. Are you able to see the Advanced Controls from BoldGrid Central to use that File Manager to reset the htaccess file? Each install has Basic Controls and Advanced Controls – there’s a File Manager in Advanced Controls.
Thanks,
Nicole P.

KeymasterHello Jose,
Thank you for reaching out to our support team. Can you try to access your staging account again for me? I was able to log in and access your staging site.
Thanks

GuestHi Nicole,
Thanks for your quick response.
The thing is, I had used a temporary email address to create the staging environment. Unfortunately, I have contacted the temp-mail provider, and they can’t help either. Unfortunately I can’t use my gmail, because it already has an account on it. That’s why I used this temp mail service. Is it possible for you to reset the htaccess file for that staging environment?
If you can do this, the site will be back online immediately, and I can do the rest. Thanks

GuestHi Elena,
Thanks for your quick reply.
I am unable to access the staging site.Below are the credentials for the staging site I wish to resolve:
Admin URL: https://demo2.cloudwp.dev/trial-2ty28213/wp-login.php
Site URL: https://demo2.cloudwp.dev/trial-2ty28213
Username: visoyir659@nongnue.com
Password: ************* (I can provide if necessarily, just don’t know if it will be safe being public)The issue is, I had not y et activated the account via email. Now, I don’t have access to the email I used to create it, since it was a tempral email.
However, I have the password and username for the wordpress instance. I think if you can login via there, and modify the htaccess file, it should be good. All I need is to be able to access this staging environment. When I try logging in, it displays an error message saying that the site is experiencing issues.
Thanks
