Hi there,
we have purchased pro licence of w3 total cache for our website.
But we’re facing big challenges with it.
We are regularly posting our queries in the wordpress.org forum, but haven’t got a solution yet.
All our queries are marked resolved in the middle of discussion, That is highly disappointing for us
please check some of our conversations.
None of our queries are resolved.

1) How to implement Full site Delivery on our website with cloudfront.
2) Why we are unable to update php files from dashboard after activating w3 total cache plugin.
3) Why CDN + Minification are not working together properly
4) Why fonts are not loading after enabling CDN.Note In the wordpress forum, you are saying that you are replying on the premium support queries raised from dashboard, but we haven’t recieved any replies.
Can you please share which email id, or forum, you’re replying to other than this wordpress.org forumI’m posting here again because I’m unable to find my query listed or replied among other topics. Please help us we are facing problem for long time

Thank you for reaching out.
As I’ve mentioned in the wp.org forum, since you are a W3 Total Cache Pro user and the issue is with the Pro feature of the plugin, I cannot provide assistance there as this is against the wp.org rules.
I’ve sent you an email to the email address you provided so can you please confirm you received an email?
Thanks! - AuthorPosts
