Hello,
I’ve been searching for a way to cancel my BoldGrid online account but have not been successful. I’ve posted to the Facebook page, as well, but. My post is still there but the comments were removed.
Can someone please direct me to the area where we cancel our account or is there an email address to contact customer support? There must be a way to cancel an account, correct?

A while back Facebook began flagging our posts with links and certain content that they deemed were against their standards incorrectly and it’s taking a while to work with their support to sort out the error. Many of our posts were removed due to this policy.
We were able to respond to your request to refund your account. Please let me know if we can help with anything else!
