Hello! I paid $39 for BoldGrid Pro and got an email, but when I click the “confirm your account” link, I get a message that says “unable to confirm your account.” I am not able to access any pro features. 🙁 Can you help? Thanks so much!
Thanks for reaching out and thanks for your purchase. It looks like your account is confirmed. Can you try logging in to BoldGrid Central. You should be able to log in and download your Premium plugin directly from your dashboard.
I’ve tried to confirm the account and it’s taken me to a blank screen. Weirdly, I signed up for Crio Pro for a different site a week or two ago and I had no issues at all, so I don’t think the problem is on my end. Would you like to refund my $$ and then I can try buying it again? I really do like Crio Pro and I’m not sure what else to do here. Let me know your thoughts! Thank you!
I have now spent $99 to get premium blocks like I got for my other site the other week, I don’t have them, when I go to my dashboard BoldGrid is still trying to get me to buy the upgrade I already bought, and I am unable to even submit a ticket because every time I try to sign on, I get an “unable to confirm account” message.
