Hello,
I am trying to use your Total Upkeep Plugin to backup my site, which requires me to enter my Free Key. I have been attempting for over an hour now and still keep getting the error “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.” Please could you help resolve this issue, as I have tried with two separate keys now to no avail? Appreciate your support.

Sorry you’re having trouble initiating a backup. I checked on your connect key and it’s showing as active. Are you getting the error message when trying to run a backup? Or is it showing as you’re are attempting to install the plugin itself?
