Hello,
Dear Team,
I recently started using your product and, unfortunately, I ran into an update problem:Update failed: Failed to copy file. w3-total-cache/vendor/aws/aws-sdk-php/src/data/ecr/2015-09-21/api-2.json.php
Could you please advise what should I do?
Thank you in advance,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share when you started to experience the problem – meaning have you tried to update the W3 Total Cache plugin?
Where do you see this notification?

Have a nice day!March 1, 2023 at 11:53 am #81364Marko VasiljevicKeymasterHello Margo,
Thank you for your feedback.
Usually there two things that may cause this and none of them is related to the W3 Total Cache directly1- This error is mainly due to the file permissions setting on your server. Try to delete the plugin and install it again. You won’t lose any of your settings this way. It’s like the same process when updating the plugin from Dashboard.
2- Sometimes this error occurred due to not having enough disk space or reaching max files in the web hosting account. Check on the available space in the c-panel because WordPress needs enough space to download the plugin, unzip it, and then move the files across.
I hope this helps!
Thanks!
