Hello,
I’ve been working on updating two pages on our website. Each time I select “Update” and then navigate away from the page, the information is lost. Here is a link to an article stating that the “Update” button is all that needs to be selected: https://www.boldgrid.com/support/question/how-do-you-save-your-page-when-you-are-finished-working-on-it-for-now/. Is there an error or something else needed?

Thanks for reaching out with your questions about BoldGrid Post and Page Builder!
You are correct that the Update button should be all you need to save your changes. After pressing the update button it should change color and the page would refresh. Are you seeing it refresh after clicking update?
Please let us know if you have any further question on this!

It seems like you might be experiencing a caching error. Try clearing all cache associated with your website, that includes browser cache, and any server side cashing agents you might be running.
After clearing your cache try checking your updated page in a private or incognito browser to see if that clears up the issue for you.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you need further assistance with this.
