Sorry to hear about the problems with getting your changes made with the Post and Page Builder properly David and we will do everything we can to help!
This particular issue is not one that we have been able to find a solution for and we lost contact with the users that originally reported the problem. Right now our suspicion is that the issue is somehow related to caching in the WordPress dashboard, but so far that remain an unconfirmed theory.
Would it be possible for you to create a Premium Support ticket with our team so we can work on investigating this problem more thoroughly?
