On Saturday I upgraded Crio to the Pro (see your invoice # 5763). That invoice included a NEW BoldGrid API key. I already had a BoldGrid Pro key but I wanted to get the more advanced version of Crio.
SO…I went to my website, following the instructions to activate the new Connect key. And I CHANGED my BoldGrid key to the one on my receipt.
GUESS WHAT? Not ONLY did that NOT give me access to Crio Pro, but it also TOOK AWAY my BoldGrid Pro.
IOW, I paid $39 to have you guys RUIN my site. To say I am enormously pissed off is a masterstroke of understatement.
Here are your choices. Either call me (336-549-2880) and help me get BOTH my BoldGrid Pro and Crio Pro back TODAY, OR ELSE I WANT TO SEE A FULL REFUND HIT MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Following the instructions on the Chekcout form destroyed what I was trying to do.
It also does not help that you apparently have NO way for me to call, or even set up an iChat with anyone in your company. Talk about miserably HORRENDOUS customer service and support…yeah…you guys are starting to rank right in there with Microsoft and Google.
I expect an ANSWER TODAY. Monday. August 8.
