When I add URLs to images on my page it makes the entire row hot, not just the image. This is not what I want. It’s too easy for the visitor to inadvertently click outside the image and be sent to the URL.
I see no way of adding URLs to images other than wrapping my own code after placing the image. Once I have done this, then if edit the image I can also edit the URL. What’s up with this?

You should be able to add a link to each image individually. How exactly are you adding your images, are you using the “Image” Block Component or is this a pre-designed BoldGrid image block that you chose from the blue “Add Block” button?
Could you link us to a page where this issue is occurring we can definitely help out with this after we look it over.
Hope to hear from you soon!
April 22, 2024 at 10:39 am #130213StevenGuestI didn’t realize your email replies were from a no-reply address, so now I’m almost 2 days behind. The following was my reply I emailed to nowhere, 2 days ago.
I’ve been using the “Add Media” button, next to the Add Block button. I just now tried the Image Block Component and the result is the same.
The issue can be seen at this URL: https://thejubileebible.org/544-2/. In the column of text and badge images, the text is hot to the mouse pointer only when the pointer is on the text. However, the images are hot to the mouse pointer all the way to the right and left edges of the column.
To note my example, there are 2 E-SWORD badges at the bottom of the page I just referenced. The smaller one I placed using the Add Media button. The larger one I placed with the “Image” Block Component. I don’t see where I would ever utilize a predesigned BoldGrid Image Block in this context..
Btw, I just now noticed the “Link To” dropdown under Display Settings in the image details editor, which answers the 2nd part of my inquiry.
April 22, 2024 at 4:44 pm #130327Brandon CKeymasterSorry about that Steven, but we do appreciate you for sharing the URL with us and taking a look it seems you’re getting this because the link spans the whole width of the singular column. If you want that area smaller one thing you can try is using a 3 column row, and you want to place your links in the middle column, then you adjust the area around the links to make them smaller or larger.
I hope I’m explaining this well enough, please let us know if you have any questions about how to set this up.
