Unfortunately, W3 Total Cache Plugin blocks images and we deactivated W3TC plugin on our both sites:
1. uniservarabia.com (WP Bakery Page builder editor) after we downgraded W3TC from paid plugin to free plugin, since the website is not published yet.
2. thediorgroup.com (elementor PRO editor) using W3TC free plugin (trial).If this is a bug, both WP editors suggested that you contact them to open a ticket with GitHub.com and they will be gladly supporting.
If this is a sales strategy, we would not buy for the W3TC paid plugin, this way!.Best Regards, TDG

First, we should confirm which option may be causing the issue. Can you please disable the settings one by one in W3 Total Cache, Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue?Thanks!
