The cart shows empty on homepage even though there are items in the cart. If you visit one of the other pages on the website, the cart works.
As such, the cart shows zero only on the home page.
I have been using W3 total cache for many years and only just noticed this behavior. As such, not sure how long this problem has existed.Hello Wayne,

Can you please disable the HTML&XML Cache-control and expires header in W3 Total Cache Perofmrance>Browser Cache, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists?
