I’ve been using W3 Total Cache for YEARS. My main full width Divi slider does not display properly. I’ve tried changing various settings but the only way I can get it to display properly now is just to deactivate W3 Total Cache completely.

Divi Full page slider not displaying properly with w3 total cache

I’ve never had this problem before. Is there a bug in the current version of the software or did it change so I need to adjust a setting to have this display properly?

    Thanks for any help.

    Hello Chris,
Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
Can you please specify when you started to experience the issue?
As I can see W3 Total Cache is currently disabled? Can you please re-enabled W3TC and disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your reply,

It works again now… I was speaking with Divi support about this a few days ago. They suggested I turn off W3 Total Cache and it worked. I turned it on again a few days later and things were back to normal.

Now I just re-enabled it again to see which setting was causing the issue and W3 Total Cache does not have problems anymore…

Problem is that this is the second time it has happened. I will keep it on and hope it does not happen for a third time.

Not much else I can say, thank you for the reply.

    Hello Chris,

Most likely some plugin or theme was updated so all you need to do in this case is to purge the cache.
    Thanks!
