    Hi there,

    Using my WordPress panel I used “BoldGrid Connect Search” to find an image, inserted it into my webpage, then purchased it with coins in the Transactions section of my site. It confirmed my purchase of that particular image.

    This image remains watermarked in my website, though. What else do I have to do to remove that watermark and use the image?

    I use Dreamhost, and their support said to contact you.

    Can you try clearing any cache associated with your website, including browser cache and any server side caching agents you may be running.
