Webpages created using WordPress Cloud on BoldGrid site wont transfer to my WordPress

I created simple pages using wordpress cloud on your site. After setting up my own wordpress, I followed the instruction to download and upload, but it won’t work. The message says the .zip file doesn’t have certain things in it. Can you please help?

Hello,

We would be happy to help you with that, Would you be able to provide the exact error message you are getting? I would also recommend trying to get a fresh copy of the backup and try restoring that.
