Website Looks Different for Users

When I’m previewing my website while logged into WordPress, everything looks great. But when I test the site with Incognito or a different browser, my website looks totally messed up. Like the main logo is showing twice, showing a mobile menu bar instead of the desktop one, text is way too big and not aligned correctly. I’ve tried disabling some of the settings but I can’t figure out what is causing this error for my users (especially since it looks okay in the backend).
