When I click on the blue Total Upkeep ‘Backup Site Now’ button nothing happens

I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue. To be clear when you click the “Backup site button” is there no following functionality at all? Or are you receiving some type of error message?

If there is no error message at all. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the plugin to see if that resolves the issue. If you are receiving an error message or the process seems to begin loading and then timing out, navigate to Total Upkeep < Tools < Logs and look for your most recent log with a name like archive-XXXXXXXX.log. If you can copy that and paste it here, we’ll be able to get some more information about what went wrong.
