When I try to login to my staging sites in WordPress Cloud I get this message: “This site can’t provide a secure connection. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR”. The sites were previously all working normally.

Thank you for reaching with your Cloud WordPress concern.
The SSL should come auto-installed on all cloud WordPress instances. You can try clear your browser cache or maybe opening your staging site in an incognito window. If you don’t mind sending us the URL to one of your staging sites, we can take a look to see if we can offer you a more direct solution.
I hope this helps. Please reach back out if you have any other questions for us.

Tried your suggestions but made no difference
March 17, 2022 at 8:15 am #48679Brandon CKeymasterThanks John. I was able to access your site via the “Home” URL as well as the Dashboard “URL”. Does the issue occur after attempting to login to the site, or is your URL not loading at all for you?

Haven’t heard back from you. Sent you a url of one of my instances.

Sorry you may have missed the response above. I was able to access your site via the “Home” URL as well as the Dashboard “URL”. I just attempted to access the site again with no issues. Does the issue occur after attempting to login to the site, or is your URL not loading at all for you?
March 21, 2022 at 7:15 am #48824John MaddisonGuestHi
Still cannot access my Cloud WordPress Instances. I still get the message:“This site can’t provide a secure connectiondemo2.cloudwp.dev sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR”I get the message when I click the Log in button in the Basic Controls panel or the View Site Button. It happens on all Instances and in all Browsers. If this can’t be resolved would it be an idea to delete all instances and close my account and re register? Otherwise I will have to give up and cancel my subscription as I can’t use Cloud WordPress.
