Hello Mvpenvents,
Our apologies for the problem with changing the fonts or size of the fonts in a sub-page that is in a dropbox under a primary heading. We’re not sure what you mean by that location. Typically, in a WordPress site, you are editing either a post or page. Are you in a page and then editing a gridblock in that page? Can you please provide a URL or screenshot that demonstrates the issue?
Regarding the answers, we looked for your question from yesterday, and there is no question. We do cover the questions on the site from 8:00 AM – 6:00 pm (EST). If you’re asking after that time, then we will answer the next day.
Please provide a little more information and we will happy to look into it and provide an answer.
Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
December 14, 2016 at 12:29 pm #24203mvpeventsMemberThanks for your reply. I think I’ve solved it. I was not clicking on the “Edit with Boldgrid” icon………however……….I do have a couple of other questions. It seems that one cannot write text and edit it or add images and move them unless you download a Gridblock? Is this correct? Many of the Gridblocks are not at all a design I would choose as I am used to just having Textboxes which you can plonk anywhere and re-size as you like and also images the same. I am finding it very difficult to move an image, for instance, exactly where I want it – there seem to be only three options – left/right and centre…….if one has used a Gridblock. There are four little squares at the corner of each pic but nothing to move the whole pic where I want.
June 8, 2017 at 5:59 pm #24202Anonymous UserMemberI am trying to edit a sub-page that it is in a dropbox under a Primary heading. I cannot change the fonts or the size of them. If I enter a grid block, it doesn’t work. I CANNOT CHANGE THE FONTS OR THE SIZE IN THAT EITHER. I want to make a page of my own design as the gridblocks available do not fulfil my design. How am I supposed to do this? Please could you answer this time. I have to get this done quickly and this is really holding me up – I spent hours on the chat support site yesterday and was only given information I already knew but obviously not what I need to know. I will have to cancel my account with you if I do not get this sorted out because I do not have the time to waste. Thank you
