Why is my primary menu froze in Customize?

I’m trying to edit my primary menu, but my entire page freezes as soon as i click on it. I can access every other option in Customize?

Hello Norma,

Thanks for submitting a question about the page freezing. Is the page actually frozen with no buttons clickable? Or, does the page seem to be forever loading?
