    Hello,

    I have received my key from you on my email, but when I insert it I get:

    Your API key appears to be invalid!

    How do I proceed?

    Hello, Andy.

    Thanks for posting your question regarding your BoldGrid Connect Key and the error you are receiving. I’m sorry to see this is happening for you. I recommend reinstalling BoldGrid to ensure you are running the latest version, then retrying to enter your Connect Key. Otherwise, email support@boldgrid.com from the email address you received the Connect Key to, so they can review the issue further.
