Thank you very much Carlos, that indeed is what I needed.
I’ll go back to working on my site now, once again, thanks for your speedy response.

Anonymous UserMemberWorked like a charm, thanks a ton!
Anonymous UserMemberThat’s what I was looking for. thank you!
September 20, 2017 at 8:14 pm in reply to: In the text view of the BoldGrid Editor, I would like to see the HTML tags indented appropriately #23694Anonymous UserMemberThanks Arnel,
I tried 2 things. First I tried setting the $content-width in the functions.php, but that did not work. Next I updated the css which did work although the background image does not follow the css. I tried using a smaller background image, but that just placed the image off the left.
body{
max-width: 960px;
margin: 0 auto !important;
float: none !important;
}I don’t see a way to center the background image.
Anonymous UserMemberThanks.
Anonymous UserMemberMy man menu is not working on the main/top level menu pages on mobile devices. It works (dropdown and links) on sub pages. You can check it out here: Better Life Audio it works on my PC on all pages, even when viewing in the mobile view in Boldgrid, but not in my tablet or android phone. It could be a CSS problem, but I don’t know how to fix it. Appreciate the feedback
Anonymous UserMemberSo it’s impossibleto this, even by modifiying the css sheet?
Anonymous UserMemberSame thing here

Anonymous UserMemberJohn-Paul,
I did try the Custom JS & CSS editor, but using that line of css also changed the color of some of the blocks as well.
The tweak in color-palettes.css I tried above worked just the way I needed it.
When the Venetian child theme is updated, do I lose the tweaks I made to the color-palettes.css file?
Thanks again.
Anonymous UserMemberHi, Tim,
OK, I submitted the Bug Report as you requested. I basically just copied the initial note into the description box. The domain name is: unclejaynetwork.com. Thanks.

Anonymous UserMemberI found the answer. It was a css tweak.
public_html -> wp-content -> themes -> boldgrid-venetian -> css
open color-palettes.css
search for site-header
change line:
.palette-primary .site-header .widget.well{background:rgba(255, 255, 255, .7);
to
.palette-primary .site-header .widget.well{background:rgba(255, 255, 255, 1);
That will make the top box solid white.
Anonymous UserMemberHi Christopher!
I have both disabled, reenabled and also completely reinstalled BoldGrid and neither made a difference.
Nothing got output to debug.log or the screen either with WP Debug enabled..
Anonymous UserMemberI checked the zoom settings.. the windows are the same size. I put both browsers in full screen and the Firefox display of the first line and the large title text is approximately 1/2-3/4 of an inch higher than the Safari display in full screen. I messed with it so I can live with it … done now .. thanks
Anonymous UserMemberHi Carlos,
it is right i have a sing up form on my blog page.
But, the problema it is some different, maybe hide code in the plugin , because if it was a robot, i would have all of that uses suscriptions on the database of “Email suscribers” , with the status of waiting aprobe, and that is not the case.
Non users suscribers are in the database…. only the real ones …example i see you in that list, but the others doesnt appers.
Do you think i have to review this with the people of “Email Suscriber” and Rain maker.
Anonymous UserMemberThanks Carlos,
A techical adviser at Inmotion helped me with this today, and I think I understand it now.

Anonymous UserMemberHi there, thanks you for your reply and attention to this matter.
The versions of Inspirations, Page Editor and SEO I have installed are listed as 1.5..
I do not seem to have the icon shown in the above image.. mine ends after the toggle toolbar button. (I don’t seem to be able to ul a screen shot here) ..
Thanks for your help!
Anonymous UserMemberHello,
I have the same issue. I purchased the new coins through Boldgrid Central.
Anonymous UserMemberA follow up questions, is it that Primas is not a responsive design and that’s why it is weird on the mobile device?
Anonymous UserMemberHi,
Thank you for your quick response. I had already put the links in “link to” box, but there is no way to click on the photos when the gallery is running, so that is not working.
Also, changing the text size on the pc display is not what I need, but in the mobile display. The text appears as a box after the photo, and it is too narrow to show the full text, and cuts off words. And contributes to making the home page not at all user friendly.
Anonymous UserMemberThank you for your help, this worked! I had been trying to figure out the code myself without success.
Hal
Anonymous UserMemberAh, I see now. Thanks for the reply!
Anonymous UserMemberI have this same issue. The solution provided does not work. It remains white on all the pages
Anonymous UserMemberHi Carlos,
Works perfect! Thank you very much!
Sincerely,
ira
Anonymous UserMemberI don’t understand, how is it that someone designs a theme and doesn’t provide an option to align (center, left, right) the title for the entire website!!! The most important element in the website and you can align it!!!
Anonymous UserMemberYes, I was able to access the link, but alas, when I follow the steps the new widget will only show up below the old one, and I can’t figure out how to move it to the side. I would also just add a picture/slider into the widget that is already there, but i can’t seem to figure that out either. If only I could add a gridblock, I think i could do it. I really appreciate your help.
Anonymous UserMemberCarlos,
I did try that but I was only able to add a widget underneath the current call to action widget. Could you walk me through what I would do to add the widget to the right?
Thanks!
Anonymous UserMemberHi Carlos,
Thanks for the reply! I see now that the shadowing seems to work on all pages but the homepage. I would assume this is something that has been added to the styling of the theme, but it is still strange that in the customizer, it shows the shadow on the homepage, but not on the live site homepage.
Any idea where I could adjust this short of digging into the css?
Thanks,
Nathan

Now…. any idea how I can alter the background or place a shaded box behind the products in the “shop online” page so they stand out better?
August 4, 2017 at 2:23 pm in reply to: How can I make the footer a different color from the header…or transparent so the background shows through? #23952Anonymous UserMemberJohn-Paul,
Thanks for the reply, but I think I need to change the CSS somewhere. The customizer won’t let you make the footer color separate from the header and the widgets don’t effect the background color either. Here’s the site. http://biz207.inmotionhosting.com/~eastfo6/lakinsgorgescheese.com/
We need the footer color to not be so yellow… but the header is in line with our branding.
