    Hello Chris,

Are you getting any errors when you try and add them? If not I would recommend checking the PHP error log on the server to see if there are any entries there. I would also recommend clearing the cache in your browser or using an incognito or private window to make sure there are no conflicts between any extensions in the browser.

    Hello Michael,

Boldgrid by default does not have a button for “View full site” as its based on bootstrap which is responsive and adjusts to screen size dynamically, It looks like you have JetPack installed and are using their mobile theme, You would want to disable that for the site to load normally. I have included a link to their documentation below.

    Hello,

The Boldpress theme is not part of BoldGrid, If you are having issues with it i would recommend reaching out to their developers to see if they can give you any information on that, It looks like that theme is on http://dinothemes.com/. That theme also looks to only be supported for WordPress 3.2 which is about 6 years out of date, You may want to try looking for a different theme.

    Hello TheFolk11,

The resolve theme also has a slider for bottom margin which will be the the space between the bottom of the title and the tagline, You can adjust that down and that should move it closer. If you have your own CSS you would like to use you can add that under the advanced tab in the customize.

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about changing the position of your tagline and title, To do this you can go to customize > Site Title & Logo. In this section, you should have a little slider that says position. After enabling that you will have more sliders for the various settings, The setting for Top Margin should move the Title closer to the top of the page and the Line Height settings should move the tagline closer to the title.

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about your install error, That error message is one that originates from the unzip function within WordPress, Unfortunately, that error means the file that was uploaded to WordPress was corrupt so it was not able to unzip the file. The best solution would be to download a fresh copy of the zip file and try to import the new file instead. Alternatively, if you are still having issues importing it you can extract the file locally and upload the contents via FTP to your wp-content/plugins folder in the document root of your site, after doing this the plugin should show up in your dashboard and you can enable it.

    Hello Lydia,

All of the bold grid themes are responsive so the length may change on mobile devices, however, to change it for desktop view you can just remove the content from the pages to shorten them to your desired length in the page editor. When you go into the page editor you can hover your cursor over a section and you will see a dark gray border pop up around an area with a dark gray box at the bottom of the bordered area. Clicking on the 3 horizontal lines in the dark gray box at the bottom will open a menu that will allow you to delete the bordered area.

    Hello Michael,

Thanks for contacting us about getting your site to display on mobile, I pulled up the site on my device and did not see any errors or anything standing out, I do have a larger screened phone, however, What is not displaying properly for you on the site? When editing in the customize section and in the page editor you will have icons that look like a monitor, tablet, and phone, You can click on them to have it simulate those devices when you are editing pages so you can get an idea of how it will look on a mobile device so you can arrange content to look the way you would like on mobile devices too.

    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about WooCommerce. You can build a multi vendor e-commerce site using it however we do not have any suggestions on the theme, The theme will depend on how you want the site to look so it’s best to look through the one in the WordPress archives or look around on google to see if you find one that stands out to you.

The main difference between BoldGrid and other page builders is BoldGrid is a full site builder, not just a page builder, It walks you through getting started and picking a theme choosing page layouts and refilling relevant content and images in addition to other utilities too in addition to a page builder.

    Hello TheFolk11,

Your understanding is correct, The email is controlled by the form itself. To setup different emails for it all you have to do is log in to your dashboard, go to forms, hover your cursor over the form you want to change it for and click edit, then click on the “Email & Actions” tab, From there you can setup actions which will email your addresses and you can setup additional actions for sending emails to people who submitted the form as well. These options are setup on a per form basis so you can have each of your forms perform different actions and send to different addresses.

    Best regards
