    In the screenshot, I’ve shared you can see that the image BP-01.jpg is served as webp.
    This is how webp conversion works.
    All images converted with the Image Service tool are sent to a third-party server maintained by the W3 Total Cache team which reduces resource consumption and allows for a large number of conversions in environments where resources can be limited such as shared hosting. Images sent to the W3TC server for conversion are only held temporarily and no permanent information is kept on the server regarding the images.

    WebP optimizations with the Image Service tool do not replace the original image file and all conversions can be reverted without any loss of data.

    As you can see in the “Type” section, the image type is webp, which indicates that the image is converted.

    I did not want to share the parts of the screenshot where the URL is visible, so I am sharing the part of the BP home furnishing page where you can see that the images are served as webp

    As per woocomerce suggestion, those pages should be excluded from Page Caching and minify.
    This being said, you can exclude any pages from being Cached or minified by adding them to the W3 Total Cahe exclusion:
    Page Cache:
    In Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>Never Cache following pages field, add /cart/ and /checkout/ – save all settings and purge the cache

    Minify:
    In Performance>Minify>Advanced>Never Minify following pages field, add /cart/ and /checkout/ – save all settings and purge the cache

    The option “Eliminate render-blocking CSS by moving it to HTTP body” is the Pro option Non-blocking JavaScript embedding is free and it can be done by managing the JS minify options in Performance>Minify.
    However, in order to eliminate render-blocking files, you first need to minify both CSS and JS. Have you enabled JS and CSS minify in the General settings in the W3 Total Cache?

    Thank you for your feedback.
    Usually there two things that may cause this and none of them is related to the W3 Total Cache directly

    1- This error is mainly due to the file permissions setting on your server. Try to delete the plugin and install it again. You won’t lose any of your settings this way. It’s like the same process when updating the plugin from Dashboard.

    2- Sometimes this error occurred due to not having enough disk space or reaching max files in the web hosting account. Check on the available space in the c-panel because WordPress needs enough space to download the plugin, unzip it, and then move the files across.

    I am sorry about the issue you experienced and I am happy to answer and assist you with this.
    W3 Total Cache, depending on a configuration, needs to drop-in specific files in the wp-content in order for the caching to work.
    Page Cache – advanced-cache.php
    Object Cache – object-cache.php
    Database Cache – db.php
    If Database Cache is enabled W3TC detects if there is an existing db.php file and if so, there is a notification in the Wp-admin area that the db.php detected is not a W3 Total Cache drop-in and asks the user if the file should be removed. This means that W3 Total Cache does not automatically overwrites the dp.php file, it only removes that file and replaces it with its own if instructed to do so.
    Every plugin that has the option for Database Cache needs to add its own db.php file in order to be able to perform as expected.
    I hope you made a backup of your own db.php

    What the feature does is this:
    – Check the last offset
    – Check how many URLs are allowed to be processed per run
    – Fetch all URLs from sitemap (even nested sitemaps work)
    – Loop through a set of URLs to visit them
    If the end of the list is reached, it will start from the beginning in the next run
    Calling the wp-cli command is the same as the cronjob, but if you want you can specify where to start this run and how many pages should be visited (instead of using the configuration values)

    If your cron job is running every day instead of every minute, that means only one run can be done per day. If the cron job is set to every minute and the interval is set to a higher value, the plugin will check if the interval specified in the configuration has passed since the last time.
    So that means if the cron job is not set to every minute, the priming could be delayed, especially if you set it to 1 hour and priming to 1,5 hour
    The best is to have the cron job interval smaller than the priming interval and the priming interval should be equal to or a multiplied value of the cronjob interval

    This depends on which settings you have enabled in W3 Total Cache General settings. However, since the issue is with image loading on a pop-up, most likely it’s related to the Lazyload option.
    Can you please go to Perfrormance>General settings, scroll down to the User Experience section and disable Lazyload option, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the problem persists?

    This depends on which settings you have enabled in the W3 Total Cache. I’ve tried to check the website, however, it’s in maintenance mode, and I am guessing that the W3 Total Cache is not enabled.

    Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue? Please start with the Lazyload as this is the most obvious if it’s enabled of course.
    If the Lazyload is causing the problem, it means that elementor is using some kind of lazyload for those pop-ups, and you should exclude this image from being lazyloaded by adding the URL in the Performance>User Experience>Exclude words: field. Make sure to save all settings and purge the cache once you add the image to the exclusion list.

    Those files in the W3 Total Cache folder structure are not W3 Total Cache files. For example, there is no efvojsne.php in wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/options/parts/folder and it’s not added by W3TC.
    Can you check this folder on your server and see if the file is actually there?

    I would advise finishing any editing you have regarding the styling of your website (colors, menus, formats, fonts) and once the design of the website is done, enable minify, and check the settings withing the Peformance>Minify for fine-tuning. Always remember to save all settings and purge the cache after each setting is changed.

    This means that the minified CSS needs to be rebuilt or the cache needs to be purged once the content is charged/edited.
    I am not seeing the minify enabled now checking the website you shared, however, if the issue is gone when Minify is enabled, re-enable minify, and disable the settings in Performance>minify one by one (HTML minify, JS minify, CSS minify) and see which one might be causing the issue.
    Make sure to save all settings and purge the cache after each option is disabled.
    The code is not lost and W3 Total Cache does not remove any of the original CSS or JS, it only minifies the assets.
