Monument Inspiration with blog enabled does not install the blog page.
Monument Inspiration with Kitchen Sink or 5 Page option with blog enabled does not install the blog page. I did not try the basic.

No bug. My mistake. Home page and all other pages does show Blog as expected in the menu. I thought there was a page that called Blog that contained blog posts. WordPress newb.
All inspirations function like this as I learned installed a few to check.
