Why isn't my home page filling the screen?
Hello! I am new to web design and I'm experiencing some difficulty with getting the home page of my selected Boldgrid template to load properly. \
Specifically, when you go to my website (wilburnstrategicsolutions.com), the home page (a bridge across a bay) does not fill up the screen. There is blank/white space on the right side of the screen.
Why is this happening?
Please advise on how to correct this so that my website looks as great as your templates!
Is there anyway to get a refund of coins or exchange for an image I did not know would include branding on it and now I can't even use it?
It says 123RF on it and the original picture (as you search) doesn't include any branding on it whatsoever. This is deceiving? Can my account be created back my 3 coins?

hi, i have found what is the cause of the boldgrid stop working. It was because of Yoast Plugin. I have deactivated all of my plugin, and then start activating one by one. And i found that Yoast was the problem. I will send my problem to them. Thank you for trying to answer my problem.
Global Options Feature Missing
In previous wordpress website, I downloaded Boldgrid to create pages and there was a "Global Options" feature to change images for a selected block. In a new download of Boldgrid for a new website the Global Options feature isn't present. How can find and turn on that feature?
The global options feature was very useful in allowing custom global changes to the images used in selected blocks.
Trying desperately to change product page width/padding, using woocommerce. Could someone help me out?
I have looked up all different css codes to try and implement them but none have worked. I am not sure what to do because there is not much support for problems involving boldgrip and woocommerce together.

Thanks for submitting a question about coding with CSS. I'd recommend using the developer tools in your browser to make sure you are targeting the precise CSS selector. Using these tools will allow you to test your code live so you can be sure it takes effect as desired.

Confirm your email not sending!
I created an account with boldgrid two weeks ago, they will not allow me to login to my **paid for** account until I confirm my email address. I have resent the same email over 100 times, checked all of my spam/trash folders and still nothing has come. I cannot even begin working on my website, even though I have been paying for hosting and a boldgrid account. Boldgrid also seems to have no way of contacting them, except by emails... none of which I have been receiving!! I have tried two different accounts, a hotmail account, and a gmail account - neither one receives the emails. HELP!!

I got a reply from the BoldGrid technical team and they found that the server had sent 11 welcome/confirmation emails and 1 forgot password reply. However, you don't need the confirmation email to login to the site. You will need to contact your hosting provider if you are having problems with the login credentials. The ticket (#1045) will be similar to this reply. Tickets are private, while the questions are public facing and can be searched by others searching for answers with similar issues.

Primas Theme Header Issue
Hello, I am using Primas theme on WordPress BoldGrid. I moved the Social Media icons from the header to the footer and now have issue aligning the Navigation menu and the logo to be in a straight line and reduce the header size. How can I fix this? There is no UI setting to adjust either the Navigation menu or the Logo to align in a straight line. The website is: earthathon.org
Wedge: Mobile shows desktop version. How to make sure all mobiles show device version?
Some mobiles:
iphone xr, iphone 6+, etc. show desktop version instead of mobile version (with burger menu, etc.).
I have tried working on head meta and css at no avail.
Anybody ever had this problem?
