I am sorry to hear that there are some problems accessing your website's Dashboard and our team is happy to help in any way we can.

The first thing I recommend is using the Lost Password tool available on your administrator login screen to attempt to restore your access.  It will send an email to the appropriate account containing a link that will reset your password and should get you back into your Dashboard.

If you run into any difficulties with that I suggest contacting your hosting provider to see if they can restore your access as they will be able to make any necessary changes on the server to get you back to working on your website.

Our team is still working on a resolution to this problem and unfortunately I do not have any kind of estimate for when it will be completed.  We use GitHub to track bug report progress and you can subscribe to this particular issue or any of our other plugins to get real time updates as soon as they occur.

I am sorry to hear that the Add Block button is not working correctly for you and our team is here to help in any way we can.

One potential cause that we have noticed in the most recent WordPress core version is a conflict created by Yoast SEO and our Easy SEO plugin.  Having both plugins installed and activated at the same time disrupts the functionality provided by the Post and Page Builder and includes the Add Block button.


Try deactivating one of them to see if that addresses the problem you are seeing with the Add Block button.  If that does not resolve the problem please let us know and our team will help you troubleshoot this further.

One recurring problem we have seen following the most recent WordPress update is a conflict between our Easy SEO plugin and Yoast SEO that removes the ability to use the BoldGrid standard editing interface.  If you have both of those plugins installed I recommend deactivating one of them to see if that addresses the problem you are experiencing.

If that does not resolve the issue, or if you do not have those plugins installed, please let us know and we will continue troubleshooting this matter.
