Hello and thanks for contacting us. You can change the email from HTML to plain text from the dashboard:
WPForms > Settings > Email
I can't figure out how to get my blog posts to show up on my Menu sections. How do I do this?

This seems to be a new questions.Yes, you can show posts on the homepage and within other pages as well as create links within the theme menu(s). You can use the Posts in Page plugin to automate this process for other pages.

uploading to a different host

I have hosting with another provider. I have spent two hours today googling and reading help topics to try and download my bold grid site onto my computer so that I can upload it using FTP to my hosting site. I am no further forward and completely stuck. Any ideas where there are idiot proof instructions?

How would you compare to elementor pro which i have as well as mega menus and toolset. I love what you are doing and if I can do it all on one builder, id be happy to not use the others
