Creating a subscribe to my site
I WANT TO create a button for subscribe for new customers to leave there email in a mailing list so that when the site is ready for launch i can send a bulk email out .How do i do this. Do I use a plugin? if so which one? and how do I do it and set it up.. you can talk to me like i am a novice, thats ok . Just want a very simple one that visitors can just click a button, add there email and thats should be enough

Premium BoldGrid Connect Key
every time I go to plugins I get a popup telling me to add my Premium BoldGrid Connect Key but I never received one and the link for 'lost/forgotten' doesn't work (this is in wordpress). any suggestions?

I'm sorry to see you are experiencing issues when attempting to edit your page. It seems like your Editor view is set to Text. I recommend following the steps in this guide to help you change back to the "Visual" editor, which may seem more familiar to you.

Why does my password for BoldGrid not work?
I've reset it two or three times and it gets 100% as far as being strong, but when I'm asked to put in my password, it doesn't work. I do have two user names, my email and my email without @gmail.com. Although I have gone back and replaced the user name, that still doesn't unlock it.
Hello and thanks for contacting us. As this is a WordPress theme, I recommend you check your widgets settings under Customize or the theme settings.
Hello and thanks for contacting us. I recommend you ensure you have the BoldGrid Staging plugin activated and simply disable BoldGrid Inspirations from your Plugins section. The Appearance tab will then show in your dashboard. Also, ensure all plugins and themes are up-to-date and remove themes you're sure you won't be using - i.e. annual WordPress themes.
