Hi B, thank you for contacting us.
I am sorry to hear that there are some problems logging in on your laptop and our team will do everything we can to help!
It sounds like the browser on your laptop might be preventing WordPress from creating the login cookie needed to access your website dashboard. If you have any browser extensions active you could try deactivating them to see if that fixes the issue. Does the login work correctly if you use a different browser? There could also be some redirection errors and another thing you can try is accessing the login URL directly by going to http://yourdomain.com/wp-login.php
Hopefully one of those solutions works for you and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.
Thank you for your question!
The BoldGrid Attribution in our Crio theme can only be removed if you have purchased the Pro upgrade for the theme, which is a separate upgrade from the Premium Connect key. Once you have purchased a Crio Pro license you can use the steps in this guide from our support center to hide the attribution.
Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.

Our team is happy to answer any questions you have about working with the Menus on your website.
The easiest way to create dropdowns while editing menus in your Customizer is to drag the appropriate menu items under their parent element to create the dropdown effect.
You can also use the Reorder option and indent the items using the arrow buttons in that interface.
We also have a guide in support center that goes a little more in depth on working with the Menu controls in the Customizer.
I hope this information helps you get your menus working as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you!
Hi Brian, thank you for reaching out to us! We have not heard about this error before, but we would certainly like to know more about it to try and get it fixed. If possible, could you provide us with a list of the plugins installed on your website as well as the PHP and WordPress core versions you are working with? Hopefully with that information our developers will be able to replicate this bug and get a fix released in an upcoming patch.
I look forward to hearing back from you and thank you for helping us improve W3 Total Cache!
Hi Tim, thank you for your question!
One reCaptcha plugin that I have had success with in the past is reCaptcha by BestWebSoft and the plugin is available for free in the public WordPress repository. It uses reCaptcha technologies provided by Google and is generally pretty good at mitigating spam comments on your website.
I hope that you find success with that plugin as well and please let us know if you have any other questions!
Thank you for contacting us.
I am sorry to hear that W3 Total Cache crashed your website and our team is happy to help you get this working again.
The first thing I recommend trying is completely removing W3 Total Cache and reinstalling it.
Follow these steps to completely remove W3TC and reinstall it:
- Purge Cache
- Deactivate and Delete Plugin in the dashboard
- Check .htaccess file and remove W3TC configurations (make a backup of the file before deleting)
W3TC will create many directives in .htaccess file to control the caching behavior. Each section will start and end with comments like "#BEGIN W3TC Page Cache core" and "#END W3TC Page Cache core". Ensure that no residual entries are left over in your .htaccess file after deleting the plugin. - Delete the following files and folders from your /wp-content directory:
cache folder
w3tc-config folder
object-cache.php (if it exists)
advanced-cache.php (if it exists)
upgrade folder
w3-total-cache folder (if it exists) - Delete cached files from your CDN if you are using one
Besides deleting all the relevant files, if you use CDN then ensure to purge the cached content from your CDN. This is necessary when you enabled minify option in W3TC settings. You should delete the minified and combined scripts and CSS files from your CDN server to avoid the site breaking on the browser. - Go to your WordPress dashboard and reinstall W3 Total Cache
Hopefully that fixes the problem you are seeing, but please let us know if the problem persists.
Hi Sam, glad to hear you were able to get the code working! If you ever have any other questions in the future please do not hesitate to ask!
Hi Nate, thank you for your question!
Deploying the Staged version of your website will correctly update the links to the pages in your main menu, but you will likely need to update any link information that was set in your page content through the editor.
In the future I recommend trying out our Cloud WordPress system through BoldGrid Central instead of the Staging plugin to handle staging for your website. Using Cloud WordPress will allow you to test changes in an environment that is separate from your main website so you can try out new plugins or themes to test compatibility without worrying about affecting your main website.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions, we are always happy to help!
Thank you for your question!
The responsiveness of many website areas in our themes, like the header and footer sections, are automatically designed to shift their content to create a readable mobile display. There are also some Responsive Utilities provided by the Post and Page Builder that allow you to select the device type and change how your content looks for difference screen sizes.
I hope that helps you configure your content as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help.

Hi Ali, thank you for your question!
Social medias links are automatically converted into icons when you add menu items using the Custom Link option along with a valid social media URL. This guide from our support center (https://www.boldgrid.com/support/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-create-a-social-media-menu/) demonstrates how you can use the Custom Link option to add more links, such as LinkedIn, to your social media menu.
I hope that this information helps you get your menus designed as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!
