password problems

Your site is refusing me entry, not accepting password or password reset option.

I try to sign in from a screen prompt to do so.

It then refuses my password.

I take the password reset option.

Go to my email and follow the prompt to reset my password.

Then it says it cannot reset my password.k

Hello and thanks for contacting us. There are a few ways to accomplish this, but the simple answer is to create a link within the different sections.
One option is to change to the code editor and add id="[create-section-name]" to the section - e.g.

<h1 id="about">lipsum text</h1>

Then the menu link would simply need to be [domain.com]/#[create-section-name].

How to get the More button to work ??? .

After updating it doesn't show up on updated site, i know where the more button button is its just getting it work consistently is an issue for me.  I'm open to alternative suggestion or better options thanks in advance.

Transferring Premium accounts to another

Good Morning, our company has been having inordinate amount of issues with your website. So we decided to just start fresh and start over. We purchased the premium account with our previous account, so we want to transfer it over to this new account.  Could you please help us transfer the premium status and key over to this account.  Thank you.

space under menu

I have been having a lot of difficulty adding a widget under the menu bar. It just looks ugly and the customize menu has nothing to help fix the issue. I also can't insert space. I installed the Diced Theme, And where it says "Adventure Awaits around every turn" Its not there. The whole block isn't there and I need that little block. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Link to site so far - blackcardc.com

Google Analytics does not authenticate due to deleted OAuth

Hi, an error message when trying to authenticate Google Analytics, states: 

401. That’s an error.

Error: deleted_client

The OAuth client was deleted.

Request Details

That’s all we know.

This appears to be on Google's side but looks like something you need to check into.  I searched the web for an answer and saw this answer, but don't know if it helps any:

"It looks like your OAuth client on the console (https://console.developers.google.com/) got deleted. You need to restore (if possible) or re-create it."

What if I Uninstall Boldgrid?

I have started building a demo site to get a feel for Boldgrid https://demo2.boldgrid.com/trial-uz8xt8xu

Some builders leave clean code if uninstalled (Elementor, Beaver) - some leave lots of short code (Divi, WPBakery/Visual Composer).  How can I see what my site would look like if I were to uninstall Boldgrid at some time in the future?

Hello.

Thanks for posting your question regarding how to view your website built using BoldGrid without BoldGrid installed. The only way to accomplish this is to make a backup of your website (after it's no longer in the trial environment) and then removing the BoldGrid plugin. There shouldn't be any lingering code left over. Also, in theory, the website should remain working/active even though you uninstall BoldGrid. However, it's worth noting that you may not be able to modify all the aspects of the website without BoldGrid.

On my home page I have added the words contact me and I want to link it to the email page that I created, yet it is not working.
