Hi David, one other thing you might want to check is the margin settings on your various page elements.  Something with large margin values could be getting pushed 'off screen' and creating that horizontal scroll on mobile.

Hi Colin, thank you for your question!

Sorry to hear that there are some problems with your background image and our team is happy to help in any way we can.

I looked at the URL that image is loading from and it is different from your website's domain name, so possibly the image was uploaded while you were building the site out in a testing environment.  The URL also specifies using HTTPS, but there are some certificate errors returned when trying to load the asset which is probably why you can't see it on the front end.

Most browsers refuse to load any content that has this type of error, due to security concerns, and resetting your background image might be the best way to fix the problem.  You can reset your background using the Background option in the Customizer by first removing the image and then selecting it again from your website's Media Library.

Hopefully that helps you get the background working as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.

Thank you for your question!

One thing you might want to see is if your editor is set to display in 2 columns.  When editing a post open the Screen Options and make sure that the 2 columns option is selected.  This will put all of your post settings in a single column to the right of the editor.  If you have 1 column selected then the Featured Image option should appear at the bottom of your editor instead of on the right side.

I hope that this helps you get your editing page working as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.

Hi Robert,

If you have a Premium subscription with us then you can submit a Premium Support request through your BoldGrid Central dashboard.  Premium Support is handled in a private correspondence and is meant to facilitate troubleshooting these kinds of situations.

Alternatively, we can continue to troubleshoot this problem in the public forums to see we can find a resolution.  The next thing I suggest is deactivating all non-BoldGrid plugins on your website to see if that restores the view of your homepage in the editing interface.

We would also appreciate it if you could copy the Site Health information from the Info tab and send it to us to see if that provides any additional context about what might be creating this issue.

Thank you for your continued patience throughout the troubleshooting process and I hope that we can get this fixed for your soon.

I am glad to hear that worked for you! If you have any other questions in the future please do not hesitate to ask!

Hi David,

It looks like whatever plugin or configuration that is adding the blocker element is also effecting how this page behaves.  The blocker appears to be an invisible HTML element that sits on top of your other content in an effort to protect your text from being copied.  If you have any copy protection plugins then the problems are likely coming from that plugin.

The element in the screenshot you provided and the contact form below it are contained in the same section and that is why the two are not separate in your Block Library.  Sections are how the Post and Page Builder determines where one block ends and another begins, so if you want to separate them then you will need to move the contact form into a new Section.

Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!

Hi David,

On the Find Sales Agent page one of your blocks with the blocker class has some inline styles that are giving it an absolute position which is pushing that element outside of the viewport making the page wider than expected.

Try either removing the blocker class from that block or changing the inline style rules to remove the absolute positioning.

I hope that helps you get your design working as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help.

Thank you for your question!

The 413 error is usually related to the PHP settings on your server and I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they are able to make the necessary that will allow you to upload your new template.

I hope they are able to get this problem resolved for you and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help.

Hi Jameel, thank you for your question!

I took a look at the page source code for your website and it looks like you are using Yoast to manage your SEO.  In the Yoast settings there is an option that needs to be enabled to allow your Date Archives to display correctly, otherwise they will redirect to the homepage.  Here is a link to the Yoast documentation on how to enable that setting.

I hope that is the fix you needed for you Archives and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!

Thank you for contacting us.

I am sorry to hear that the Post and Page builder does not function as expected and our team will do everything we can to answer your questions.

Each paragraph created in the Visual Editor is automatically wrapped in a set of HTML <p> tags which makes it easy to rearrange individual pieces of content or adjust the spacing between them.  However, I can understand how this can be frustrating when you want a single, large block of text to behave like a unified object.

One thing that you can try is holding down the SHIFT button when pressing the ENTER key to create a new line.  Starting new lines this way creates a newline character inside of the <p> tags that are wrapped around your text content.  This allows you to have multiple paragraphs within a single <p> HTML element.

I hope that this information helps you create the design you are looking for and please let us know if you have any additional questions!
