Hi David,
It looks like those sections on your website have a maximum width associated with them, and this is likely due to the Section Width setting for each of those sections.
The Section Width tool allows you to toggle the class assignment for each section between 'container' and 'container-fluid'. Sections that have the 'container' class will display with those gutters on either side while 'container-fluid' ones will span the width of the page.
I hope that is the solution you need to get this display issue fixed and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!
Hi David,
Our team is happy to assist you in getting your contact form working correctly and we just need a little more information so we can begin troubleshooting the problem.
Which plugin are you using to create and manage your contact forms? It could be that there is some kind of conflict, possibly PHP or JS, that is creating the issue and we will have a better idea if this is the cause once we know what plugin you are using.
I also ask that you provide us with any and all steps necessary to replicate the problem so we can completely test the process in our environments to determine the best way to get these contact forms configured.
Thank you for your patience throughout the troubleshooting process and I look forward to hearing back from you soon!
Hi David,
Thank you for contacting us and I am sorry to hear about the problems with the main image on your homepage.
Currently this is how the page looks for me when navigating there:
It appears to meet your criteria for having the image stretch the full width of the page and it looks like you were able the get that fixed. If that is not the image that should span the entire width or the website is displaying differently for you please let us know and we will continue investigating this problem.
Hi Gerry, I am happy to answer any questions you have about working with the BoldGrid Backup plugin.
The only way to use your local machine as a directory for backup storage is to setup a local FTP server and supply that connection information while configuring your FTP/SFTP settings.
The process for setting up a local FTP server varies depending on which operating system you are using and there are a number of guides available for Windows, Mac, and Linux that will show you what you need to do.
However, I do not recommend using your local machine as an FTP server since doing so will open up your home computer to a number of attack vectors and could lead to a compromised system. If you need a different location than your Web Server for storing backups then I suggest using either Google Drive or Amazon S3. A free Google Drive account has up to 15G of storage and will be much safer than using your home computer for backup storage.
I hope that this information helps you choose the storage solution that best fits your needs and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you.
You're welcome Justin, I'm glad to hear everything is working for you now! If you ever have any other questions in the future please do not hesitate to ask, we are always happy to help.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your Feature Request!
I have created a GitHub issue on your behalf with our development team to review your idea for creating a theme configuration to assist authors with promoting their books and put it on our roadmap.
Thank you for helping us improve BoldGrid and I hope that we can get this idea added to one of our future releases!
Hi David, sorry to hear that there are still some problems working with your menu and our team will help get this working as best we can.
Unfortunately the dropdown on hover functionality for menus only works when the menu is placed in the primary menu location and if you use a different location to display your menu then all sub items will be expanded by default, and this might explain the problem you are seeing with overlapping menu items.
These alternate locations for menus also have different style rules applied to them from the theme and this is most likely the reason the text you are seeing displays as red instead of white.
We will do everything we can tohelp you create the design you are looking for, but we will need some additional information. Any screenshots you can provide in addition to a link to your website's domain will give our team the opportunity to reach a solution and get this working to your liking.
Thank you for your patience throughout this troubleshooting process.
Hi Terry,
I am sorry to hear about the problems with your home page not displaying correctly and our team will help get this working in any way we can.
One thing you might want to check is the homepage display option found under Settings > Blog/Reading in your Dashboard.
It is possible that there is no specification for which page to use as your homepage and this is the most likely explanation for the problem you are seeing.
I hope that this information helps you get your website working as expected again and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to assist you, we are always happy to help!

Thank you for contacting us.
Our team is happy to answer any questions you have about working with BoldGrid.
If you are locked out of your Dashboard and cannot update the Site Address and WordPress Address URLs in the General Settings, then your best bet to fixing that problem is to update those values directly in the database under the _options table. I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance if you are uncomfortable making database modifications on your own since they will have the access necessary to complete the changes on your behalf.
I hope that helps you get your URLs configured correctly and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help.
